The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) is revamping the STARS application and has renamed it the Event Registration and Management Application (ERMA). ERMA is available for non-State personnel to register for classes offered by the Department of Economic Security, the Department of Military Affairs and Emergency Management, and the Office of the State Fire Marshal. State employees may register for classes offered by the Department of Military Affairs and Emergency Management, and the Office of the State Fire Marshal only.
